Artificial Intelligence Era in Human Resources Summit
The “AI Era in Human Resources – 2nd Human Resources Summit,” jointly organized by our University’s Digital Transformation Research Center (TGU-DTRC) and the Human Resources Working Group of the German-Turkish Chamber of Industry and Commerce, was held on 19 November 2025 at the Conference Hall of the School of Foreign Languages.
Following the opening remarks delivered by the Rector of Turkish-German University, Prof. Dr. Cemal Yıldız, and the General Coordinator of Turkish-German University, Ferit Küçükay, the program continued with comprehensive sessions addressing the technological, strategic, legal, and ethical dimensions of artificial intelligence in the field of human resources.
The summit was attended by the President of AHK Türkiye, Bige Yücel; Prof. Dr. Müge Kelin, a faculty member of the Department of Business Administration at our Faculty and Director of TGU-DTRC; as well as academicians, industry representatives, and students.
Following the sessions, which focused on topics such as the present and future of artificial intelligence, human–AI interaction, and the individual competencies required to ensure that this interaction remains both efficient and ethically grounded, the program concluded with the closing remarks.
