DX360
Digital Transformation Maturity Assessment System
DX360 (Digital eXperience 360°) is a software system developed to measure companies’ digital transformation maturity levels and to identify their current status and areas for improvement based on the assessment results (https://tau-ddmm.org/dx360).
The main objective of this system is to provide companies with a comprehensive report that supports the development of their digital transformation roadmaps by assessing their digital maturity levels.
The DX360 system uses a set of questions tailored to three business domains and three digital transformation dimensions and enables the measurement of digital maturity across six levels, based on the methodology of the German National Academy of Science and Engineering (ACATECH).
