Digital Transformation Management
Through maturity analysis models developed by our Centre and focused on different dimensions, enterprises are evaluated using a holistic approach—not only in terms of their technical level of digitalization, but also in relation to their organizational culture, strategic orientation, and process maturity, thereby assessing their overall readiness for digital transformation. The primary models employed within this framework are as follows:
DX360
Digital Transformation Maturity Level Analysis Model: Developed by our Centre, this comprehensive model measures enterprises’ digital transformation maturity across the dimensions of culture, processes, technology, and business models, based on an extensive set of assessment questions.
S-DX360
Strategic Digital Transformation Maturity Level Analysis Model: Also developed by our Centre, this model focuses on the strategic dimension of digital transformation and evaluates enterprises in terms of vision, leadership, governance, and strategic decision-making processes.
DIGIPECT
Digital Process Transformation Maturity Level Analysis Model: Developed in collaboration with IBA Yazılım, this model centres on digital process transformation and analyses enterprises’ current status in areas such as process design, automation, data utilization, and process performance.
Through these diverse models and methodologies, enterprises’ digital transformation journeys are assessed not merely at the level of technological investments, but also across human, cultural, strategic, and process-related dimensions, enabling development areas to be clearly identified. Based on the results of these analyses, consultancy services are provided in the required areas, and target-oriented training programs can be designed to strengthen institutions’ transformation capacities. In addition, through collaborations with third-party stakeholders, our Centre has the potential to develop more comprehensive and integrated consultancy solutions.
