Implementation of the DX360 Model with BVN – Electrical Motors & Ventilation Fans
BVN – Electrical Motors & Ventilation Fans is a manufacturing company that has been operating for 33 years, guided by the slogan “For a breath of fresh air” and the motto “Working harder for greater efficiency, greater comfort, and a better future.” With 100% domestic production, the company brings millions of ventilation fans of various scales, used across diverse application areas, to thousands of institutions in 88 countries worldwide, supported by a workforce of over 400 employees. In addition, BVN carries out the design, production, and R&D activities of ventilation fans and external rotor electric motors included in its extensive product range in-house as well.
As Digital Transformation and Center of Excellence (DTCE), we visited the company on 12 June and held a long and productive meeting during which we assessed the organization’s digital transformation maturity level.
